“Bliss of Earth organic mustard oil is premium quality, pure, 100% natural, unrefined virgin cold pressed mustard seed oil. Usage:
For Radiant Skin: Organic mustard oil is effective in removing tan and dark spots to give a naturally glowing and radiant skin. Prepare face pack by mixing mustard oil with besan, curd and lemon juice and apply it over face for 15 minutes then rinse with cold water.
For Smoother Face: It removes pimples and smoothens facial skin. Mix it with Bliss of Earth organic extra virgin coconut oil and massage your face for 5 minutes and then wipe with wet cotton cloth.
Natural Sunscreen: Its thick consistency and high levels of vitamin E protects skin against the harsh ultraviolet rays and other pollutants, thus preventing sun tan. Apply the oil over face and massage it well so that there is no excess oil on your face.
Anti ageing: Enriched with Vitamin E, it prevents ageing and wrinkles.
For Long & Lustrous Hair: It is packed with vitamins and minerals, particularly, a high amount of beta-carotene which promote hair growth. It prevents hair loss and scalp infection. Mix mustard oil with organic coconut and bliss of earth natural almond oil and warm it and massage hair for 15 minutes and then wash after 3 hours.
For dark black hair: It is very effective in preventing premature greying and darkens your hair naturally. Apply the oil directly to your hair. Keep it there for half an hour and wash it off using a mild shampoo.
For cracked Heels and Brittle Nails: It smoothens heels and strengthen nails. Mix candle wax with mustard oil and fill your cracked heel with this mixture and sleep with cotton socks. Apply it over nails to lubricate the nail bed.
For rheumatic pain: Massage with mustard oil helps relieve rheumatic and arthritic pain as well as soothes sprained ankles and other joint aches and pains
For Healthy Teeth and Gums: It can be rubbed on gums to strengthen them. It also protects teeth from germs.
For relief from cold and cough: It helps clear the congestion of chest and nose. Mix mustard oil and camphor and apply on the chest to enable the vapors to enter the lungs.
As antifungal: It is an excellent anti fungal agent. It treats rashes and other infection caused by fungi.
For Baby Massage: It is good oil for massaging babies. It improves blood circulation and helps in muscle and bone growth. Take a little oil and warm it a bit. Take the warm oil in your palms and gently massage baby’s body
